Welcome to Giving Heart Co.. By purchasing a blessing package or custom box from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Comfort. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Curation and Customization

Every blessing box is hand-packaged with care in Victoria, Australia.

• Assembly Timelines: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Custom Inclusions: For Build-a-Box orders, card messages and inclusions are finalized server-side at the time of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping and Deliveries

We ship nationwide across Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 6 business days (free on orders over $150 AUD).
• Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days via Australia Post.
• We are not responsible for transit delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or natural disasters, but will actively help resolve transit problems.

3. The 100% Hope Guarantee

Our ministry is based on sharing comfort and grace. If a box or its contents arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us at support@givingheart.com.au within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or store credit to ensure your loved one receives the hope they deserve.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
